Engineering Manager
Responsibilities:
- Technical Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of manufacturing and engineering principles, industry best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to the field. Identify and seize opportunities to enhance project outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and assisting in complex problem-solving and decision-making processes.
- Project Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the completion of projects following the requirements, scope, and timelines set.
- Risk Mitigation: Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, providing complex solutions to achieve the objectives set. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of the projects.
- Process Optimization: Focused on development, identifying new opportunities for process optimization, efficiency gains, and automation within the engineering department. Use dedicated methodologies for continuous improvement.
Your profile:
- Academic background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
- Technical Expertise: Strong technical background in engineering and project management.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Process Improvement: Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and implement engineering best practices.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in both Romanian and English
