Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage multiple engineering teams, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure successful project delivery.

- Drive the execution of engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the engineering teams.

- Recruit, onboard, and mentor engineering talent, fostering their professional growth and development.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and quality assurance, to align engineering efforts with business objectives.

- Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and obstacles that may impact project delivery or team performance.

- Act as a technical advisor and provide expertise in C# development and related technologies.

Key Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- Proven experience (8+) in software development, with a focus on C# and .NET technologies.

- Prior experience in a leadership or management role, preferably managing multiple engineering teams.

- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and best practices.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
