Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in technical field OR equivalent work experience
• 5 years of relevant professional work experience
• 5 years of object-oriented software development experience as an individual contributor
• Has managed and leads teams before in the capacity of a Team lead / Engineering manager
• Strong proficiency in Node.js & React.js
• Experience developing software in a commercial software product development environment
• Experience leading teams that built software products for scale
• Clear and confident spoken and written communication
