Role & responsibilities:
- Drive net-new logo acquisition across Tier-1 and Tier-2 Capital Markets firms through proactive hunting and whitespace identification.
- Build and nurture CXO-level relationships (CIO, CTO, COO, Heads of Trading/Risk) to establish early-stage deal influence.
- Lead consultative, value-based selling, aligning client challenges with measurable business outcomes and transformation roadmaps.
- Own end-to-end sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure, including pipeline creation, qualification (MEDDICC), and deal execution.
- Structure and close large, complex, multi-year deals ($5M–$25M+ TCV) in collaboration with finance, legal, and delivery teams.
- Drive joint GTM initiatives with hyperscalers and ISV partners (AWS, Microsoft, GCP, etc.) to accelerate pipeline and conversions.
- Contribute to market intelligence and thought leadership, bringing insights on Capital Markets trends, regulatory shifts, and AI-led disruption.
Candidate requirements:
- 10–15+ years of enterprise sales / client partner experience within Capital Markets (IB, AM, Wealth, Trading, etc.).
- Proven hunter mindset with a strong track record of acquiring and scaling net-new logos.
- Deep domain expertise in Capital Markets, including trading, risk, operations, and market infrastructure.
- Strong experience in selling Cloud, Data, AI/GenAI, Digital Transformation, and Managed Services.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders and drive strategic conversations.
- Expertise in managing complex, multi-stakeholder, long-cycle enterprise deals with high deal values.
- MBA or equivalent qualification; CFA/FRM certification is a strong advantage.
