Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Understand company value offerings deeply and pitch to Heads of Logistics and C-level executives.
- Map accounts, plan sales process, and participate in RFQ process.
- Close contracts and manage all contractual documentation.
- Respond to client matters and drive growth of the enterprise sales team
Strategy:
- Devise GTM strategy, grow & sustain organization presence across geographies.
- Lay down roadmap for new account acquisition and ensure execution.
Account Management:
- Strategize and execute all account-related initiatives.
- Work with operations team for optimal customer experience.
Team Management:
- Manage team from hiring and training to assigning targets and career planning.
Administration:
- Manage administration function, operational reporting, and streamline processes.
