Position Title: Enterprise Sales Manager – Java Sales
Location: Mumbai, India

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to join our Java SE Enterprise team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving Java SE subscription sales across a high-potential, largely untapped market in Northern & Western India. Your focus will be on engaging with enterprise clients in the BFSI, Government, High-Tech, and ISV sectors, enabling them to securely and effectively use Oracle Java.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive end-to-end sales of Java SE subscriptions to named enterprise accounts.

Focus on high-value industries: BFSI, Government, High-Tech, and ISVs.

Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and solution presentations to deal closure.

Build relationships with key decision-makers including CIOs, Heads of Infrastructure, and IT Security.

Collaborate with internal Oracle stakeholders to influence purchasing decisions.

Develop customer-centric solutions and navigate Oracle’s internal processes for necessary approvals.

Maintain accurate sales forecasts at both opportunity and territory levels.
Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise software license sales.

Proven experience in strategic selling methodologies.

Strong understanding of enterprise IT processes and security requirements.

Familiarity with software license management and compliance processes.

Deep industry knowledge in BFSI or High-Tech is highly preferred.

Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and develop key accounts.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
