Location
- Riyadh, KSA (Remote position; candidate must be based in Riyadh with a valid IQAMA)
Key Responsibilities
- New Business Development: Play an integral role in new business development and ensure effective onboarding of new clients.
- Client Management: Focus on growing and developing existing clients, along with generating new business.
- Revenue Goals: Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
- Strategic Planning: Design plans to achieve revenue goals and create strategies to combat potential revenue losses.
- Lead Generation: Map potential customers and generate leads for the organization.
- Travel: Extensive traveling within the assigned region.
Required Experience
- Software Sales: Proven experience in software sales, specifically in unified desktops, wallboards, real-time reporting, workforce management for BPO, and contact center voice applications (e.g., Outbound Dialer, IVR, ACD, Genesys, Cisco, Avaya).
- Market Coverage: Experience selling software products/services across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
- Track Record: Proven success in continuously achieving sales targets.
- Industry Contacts: Extensive high-level contacts in the industry.
- Strategic Alliances: Experience in forming and managing strategic alliances.
Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Language: Native Arabic and English proficiency required.
- Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications are a plus.
