Job Description
Responsibilities:
- The EPC Contracts & Risk Manager is responsible for compliance with the project contractual agreements and monitors works towards contract obligations
- He/She will be the main and focal point of contract with the client
- Establishing and implementing project specific commercial procedures at Consortium Level, particularly regarding correspondences, notifications, insurances, variation requests / orders preparation files
- Responsible for all activities concerning Risk Management in the Project
- Build and implement risk management plan and strategy
Requirement:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
- Candidate must have extensive experience in EPC and consortium
- Previous Experience in working for a project-based environment and working closely with governmental entities
- Previous experience working in construction or telecommunication projects
- Extensive experience in claim management & contract management
- Legal background is preferable or Civil Engineering background
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, & diplomacy
- Fully versed in civil and commercial law
- Experienced working on a contractual and client side
- Worked in risk management and capable to build the risk strategy for the project
- Fluent in English and Arabic
