Responsibilities: 

• The EPC Contracts & Risk Manager is responsible for compliance with the project contractual agreements and monitors works towards contract obligations 
• He/She will be the main and focal point of contract with the client 
• Establishing and implementing project specific commercial procedures at Consortium Level, particularly regarding correspondences, notifications, insurances, variation requests / orders preparation files 
• Responsible for all activities concerning Risk Management in the Project 
• Build and implement risk management plan and strategy 

Requirement: 

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience  
• Candidate must have extensive experience in EPC and consortium 
• Previous Experience in working for a project-based environment and working closely with governmental entities 
• Previous experience working in construction or telecommunication projects 
• Extensive experience in claim management & contract management  
• Legal background is preferable or Civil Engineering background 
• Strong leadership and managerial skills, & diplomacy 
• Fully versed in civil and commercial law 
• Experienced working on a contractual and client side 
• Worked in risk management and capable to build the risk strategy for the project  
• Fluent in English and Arabic
