WHO ARE YOU?
If you have Minimum of 15 Experience in handling the complete process of contracts management, which entails; Interpretation of the contract clauses ensure the clarity of consortium obligations, that all compulsory documents are provided, being the interface with key stakeholder and providing support and information to your team in post-award. If you're planning and executing commercial procedure on a consortium level such as: Correspondence, notification, variation requests or orders, and insurances. You can identify loopholes and possible risks in the contracts and can take mitigation actions, aligning with consortium to resolve conflicts, EOT claims and change order, and dealing with subcontractors. You have meticulous experience in Civil law and Commercial law.
