For our client, international Retail Company, we’re looking for an:

ERP SOLUTIONS MANAGER (SAP)

The person will join IT Team and report to the Enterprise Applications Manager. He/she will be responsible for development and maintenance of ERP Solutions based on SAP S/4 Hana, in a very dynamic environment in terms of new projects to manage. He/she will capture corporate and local business needs and manage the end-to-end delivery of IT change initiatives, with support of an internal team and outsourcers.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead the design of the Global IT solution and govern the definition of technical specifications with the involved IT suppliers/partners related to Retail, Franchising and Market place sales channel.
• Coordinate a Team of SAP specialists and act as a subject matter expert for the team, answering questions and providing guidance for all team projects.
• Ensure that the business value of the IT solutions developed is consistent with the business outcome expected through all the development lifecycles.
• Coordinate/supervise the different activities performed by external providers within the solutions development lifecycle
• Manage day to day Application Management (AM) operations for Finance, HR, Sales and Operations, by ensuring that all suppliers are delivering according to agreed SLA/terms
• According to the ITIL Change request process, manage all the business request using a demand management approach.

Required profile:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-5-year experience as ERP Manager for an international Retail or Fashion Company or SAP Senior Consultant within such industry.
• High-level knowledge of Supply chain, Demand planning, Sales&Distribution processes.
• High-level knowledge of S/4 HANA
• Experience in S/4 HANA release upgrade project is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
