What we are looking for
The ETRM department is the leading team to deliver Strategic Projects, development and operation (DEVOPS) related to their core Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) systems with a team of Project Managers, Business and Technical Analysts. The team is responsible for delivering all aspects related to the Trade Life Cycle for Gas, Power, Coal, Oil, Freight, Weather and LNG in the trading domains in multiple ETRM systems. The team is the trusted partner for all business stakeholders e.g. Front Office, Risk Management, Middle and Back Office in the company. We operate our systems in cloud environments utilizing state of the art technology solutions.-
Responsible for the complete Trade Life Cycle (Power and Gas and Decarbonization assets)

Follow standard IT project delivery processes

Identify and engage with the stakeholders to classify, document and engineer requirements

Design and implement robust and scalable solutions in Endur in line with the company’s ETRM Strategy & Modular architecture.

Work in an international, multi sourced team of Project Mangers, Business Analysts and Developers in global distributed delivery model

Model complex contracts & develop strategic solutions across their Trading projects ex. Decarbonization / Green Products implementation,

Have a holistic view of solutions and understand the wider impacts

Challenge requirements and provide alternative solution options (cost/benefit analysis)

Be an integral part of the “Business Analyst Community” and help lead and drive best practice within the company
Who we are seeking-
Educated to Degree level with a Bachelors/ Masters in either Computing or Engineering

Deep knowledge of Gas and Power Trading Trade Life Cycle process, additional commodities experience is a plus Ideally 4-6 years of Proven experience as a Endur Developer / System Analyst

Must have implemented significant Endur project deliverables in large programs

Strong functional and technical knowledge of OpenLink Endur

Strong experience and understanding in AVS/ JVS and Open Components and work with other developers and business

Strong analytical mind-set with an ability to manage complex dependencies in a structured and systematic way

Sound understanding of the processes, data flows and systems involved in the Global Commodities ETRM and reporting landscape with a thorough knowledge of the Trade Life Cycle

Experience in driving and delivering change (taking ownership with a commercial focus )

Ability to facilitate team discussions to solve technical challenges, especially when they involve negotiation between multiple business or technical stakeholders Proven capability for efficient stakeholder communication and management

Be a self-driven, great team player & bring in CAN-DO mindset

Experience in realtime streaming using Kafka and business services using Flink technology is a plus and strengthens the profile
