Work Location: Spain or Germany
Responsibilities:
1. Build the subsidiary's business model from scratch, establish overseas market organization and basic capabilities, and be responsible for the competitiveness of the entire overseas market process;
2. Responsible for market strategy formulation and execution, including annual sales targets, product strategy, brand marketing activities and budgets, and quickly and effectively carry out dealer network construction;
3. Responsible for business negotiations in the assigned region, completing market competition and opportunity analysis, drawing conclusions and formulating action plans;
4. Manage multiple modules such as product, brand, service, and sales network; oversee the launch of key models, and be directly responsible for sales in the assigned market;
5. Collaborate with product, finance, and other middle-office departments to develop a GWM residual value enhancement plan tailored to the characteristics of the European local market, and guide the healthy development of sales and service operations.Qualifications:
1. Familiarity with overseas markets and sales systems, and ability to work under high pressure;
2. Familiarity with flat management structures and a sound management approach;
