Position Overview
As a Project Manager in the DMC, your primary responsibility is to plan, organize, and execute various events, ensuring their successful completion within the defined budget, timeline, and quality standards. You will oversee all aspects of event management, from conceptualization to post-event evaluation, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals and deliver exceptional experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quote groups and events.
- Carry out-file follow up.
- Inspections visits.
- Manage events and group operations.
- Issue proformas, final invoices and manage supplier invoices.
- In-depth knowledge of the destination.
- Negotiation with suppliers.
- Update of database for quotations.
- Sales activities in and out of the office including abroad if necessary.
- Customer loyalty. - Continuous training. - SAP as user. Word, Excel and PowerPoint expertise.
- Typing skills.
- Responsibility for collecting debts on files operated.
- Order and cleanliness at your work station as well as in the office.
- Constant research into creativity and innovation.
- Responsible approach to one's personal image, that of the company and ofv the documentation handled.
- Cooperate with the office management in the distribution of duties.
- Tutor
- project executives, operations managers and trainee staff.
- Actively participate in problem-solving.
- Quote and organize work flow using the time tracking system.
- Responsible use of the time tracking system.
- Compliance with the company rules and regulations.
- It is important that you speak Portuguese, English, Spanish, and anlother language would be suitable.
