Temporary Excel and Office Specialist
Location: Harrow, Hybrid Working

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Are you an advanced user of Excel with a knack for pivot tables? Do you possess exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
Position Overview: We are currently seeking a talented and diligent individual to join our team on a 2-month temporary basis as an Excel and Office Specialist. This role requires a proactive and intelligent individual who can excel in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing spreadsheets, including pivot tables, and assisting with various administrative tasks related to supplier communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage spreadsheets by amending existing documents and updating them as necessary, with a strong focus on utilising pivot tables.
- Work under your own initiative to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data.
- Contact suppliers to request layered artwork files or samples to be sent in.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely receipt of requested materials.
- Contact suppliers to request updates to the QA website, and escalate to Controllers/traders when necessary.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the smooth flow of information and tasks.
Qualifications:
- Educated to degree level
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables.
- Effective use of PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
- Intelligent and a dedicated hard worker.
