ROLE- EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT - CEO
Location- New Delhi
EXP- 6- 10yrs
Note- "EA Experience in Medical Device company is preferred".
Responsibilities
- Manage calendar and appointments for CEO.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and plan.
- Preparing Expense statements.
- Ensure proper paperwork, records and filing for important documents.
- Attend meetings, prepare MOM’s and sharing with relevant stakeholders.
- Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information as necessary.
- Any other assistance as and when required by the Managing Director.
- Coordinate all kind of payment approvals from sales & marketing teams.
- Prepare relevant agreements for external stakeholders as and when required for marketing & sales team.
- Prepare meeting agendas and share with the relevant attendees.
- Coordinate with Stakeholder
- Preparing Presentation on behalf of CEO
