Job Description
For an International Bank based in Switzerland we are looking for an Executive Assistant that will assist an Executive Member of the Bank.
Location: Geneva, Switzerland
Main Responsibilities
- Management of the Executive Member’s agenda establishing priorities. Planning in advance their presence to fulfil multiple tasks.
- Sorting meeting requests between the Executive and all the stakeholders involved and organize them according to the schedules.
- Keep records of meetings ensuring that the database is constantly updated.
- Preparing the relevant presentation material or support material for meetings such (brochures, flyers etc.).
- Monitoring the workflow and ensuring that deadlines are met.
- Sorting emails and promptly forward them to the right recipients, guaranteeing internal information flow.
- Assist the preparation of Executive Committees meetings planning the follow-ups and future actions if needed.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience as Executive Assistant to C-levels or Management.
- Excellent organizational skills, able to multi-task and deliver under short time constraints.
- Flexible and capable of taking actions when needed.
- Teamwork attitude and strong communications skills.
- Fluent in English. German, French or Italian are a strong plus.
