- 7-10 years of experience in luxury hotel culinary leadership.
- Strong operational knowledge in multi-outlet kitchens.
- Experience in banquet and reception business.
- Hotel Management School/Apprenticeship preferred.
- Full understanding of kitchen operations and sanitation requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Capable of hosting public relations events and guest interaction.
- Ability to translate trends into marketable products consistent with hotel concepts.
