Key Responsibilities
- Provide strong, people-centered leadership, motivating and developing culinary teams across multiple outlets.
- Plan, organize, and manage all kitchen operations with a focus on quality, efficiency, and consistency.
- Oversee cost control, budgeting, and financial performance to maximize profitability.
- Drive creativity and innovation in menu development and presentation.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a luxury or five-star hospitality environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a human-centered approach to management.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities, with solid cost management experience.
- Creative and innovative mindset, passionate about modern gastronomy and guest satisfaction.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
- Flexibility and adaptability to different contexts and operational demands.
A strong understanding of Banqueting Operations and a creative and innovative approach are a must for this position.
