We are hiring an Executive Lounge Manager on behalf of an iconic 5-star luxury hotel with 350+ rooms, combining European charm and modern flair. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional service standards in the Executive Lounge, managing daily operations, and providing a personalized and luxurious experience for VIP and high-profile guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the Executive Lounge, ensuring exceptional service quality.
• Welcome and assist VIP guests, accommodating special requests.
• Supervise lounge staff, ensuring excellent service and adherence to hotel policies.
• Coordinate check-ins and check-outs for Executive Lounge guests.
• Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Ensure effective communication with front office, housekeeping, and other departments.
• Maintain lounge inventory and ensure a clean, welcoming environment.
• Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in the lounge area.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in managing VIP/Executive Lounge services in a luxury hotel.
• Fluent in English and proficient in Russian, Arabic, Turkish, or any European language.
• Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
