About the Role:

Our client, a leading Tier 1 law firm, is seeking a seasoned Execution Partner with 12 to 20 years PQE to join their General Corporate team. The candidate will work closely under a highly experienced and respected partner, leading complex corporate transactions and providing strategic legal advice. This role requires strong leadership, deep corporate law expertise, and a proven ability to manage high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead execution of mergers & acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, restructurings, and corporate advisory matters.

• Provide practical and commercial legal counsel on complex corporate issues.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors for seamless transaction execution.

• Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to business development efforts.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Law degree (LLB) with 12 to 20 years PQE at a top-tier law firm or corporate legal department.

• Expertise in M&A, private equity, joint ventures, and restructurings.

• Strong knowledge of Indian corporate laws and SEBI regulations.

• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.

• Proven leadership and client management abilities.
