Job Responsibilities
1. Track cutting-edge technologies in fuel cell testing at home and abroad (including in-situ diagnosis, zonal measurement, accelerated aging, big data analysis, etc.). Based on the product technology roadmap, product iteration plans, and product spectrum, conduct pre-research on product + testing-related technologies, and establish and improve product testing and analysis capabilities as well as testing equipment.
2. Responsible for building the company-level test and verification system, including coordinating the development and production test plans for stacks and systems, continuously optimizing product test plans, and ensuring that product performance and quality meet the company’s requirements.
3. Collaborate with R&D and quality departments to deeply participate in the Failure Analysis (FA) of major issues, organize typical failure cases (such as membrane electrode life attenuation and system overheating), establish a library of typical failure modes and the structure-activity relationship of failure acceleration factors, and match corresponding test plans and evaluation standards to ensure that problems are identified and located in the early stage of R&D.
4. Formulate test plans, evaluation methods, and standards to clarify the application boundaries and operating condition boundaries of stacks.
5. According to product development needs, be responsible for compiling, implementing, and applying the testing and evaluation standards for stacks and fuel cell systems, and regularly assess their applicability and update them.
6. Responsible for the development of testing and analysis resources in product development, establishing cooperation models and outsourced testing channels to meet project development needs.
7. Establish and improve technical specifications and standards for product testing, and form enterprise standards.
8. Other matters required by the company that do not conflict with the main responsibilities of this position.Job Requirements
1. Possess experience in the development of mass-produced products in the industry, have certain experience in fuel cell systems and vehicle-level failure modes, and have the ability to guide the test and verification of failure mode feedback.
2. Deeply understand how to conduct characteristic analysis and physical property parameter extraction for membrane electrodes, stacks, and systems based on data and failure issues, and locate problems.
3. Possess certain industry resources, understand the existing testing systems of competing companies, propose solutions for testing methods of difficult problems, and have the ability to benchmark industry testing methods.
4. Understand the development of fuel cell system control and stack control boundaries, and be able to put forward constructive improvement suggestions for the development end.
5. Have a spirit of challenge, a strong sense of responsibility, excellent collaboration skills and organizational planning capabilities, and a good understanding of the fuel cell industry.Check Your Resume for Match
