Responsibilities:

▪ Take the lead in formulating the development process of crankcase ventilation system.

▪ Responsible for the formulation of test specifications and test evaluation standards for engine crankcase ventilation system.

▪ Responsible for the formulation of cooling system locomotive matching test specifications and test evaluation standards.

▪ Responsible for the establishment of 1D and CFD simulation process of crankcase ventilation system and key components.

▪ Responsible for the promotion and application of cutting-edge technology of powertrain crankcase ventilation system.

▪ Responsible for the popularization and application of powertrain crankcase ventilation system modularization and platformization.

Qualifications:

1. Educational requirements: higher degree in the field concerned.

2. Work experience:

▪ Have 15 years or more of relevant professional work experience; have more than 8 years of work experience in crankcase ventilation system design.

▪ And acted as the project lead role for the development of more than 2 models (including 1 model of supercharged direct injection engine) crankcase ventilation system.

3. Professional requirements:

▪ Have the ability to take the lead in formulating the crankcase ventilation system development system, design specifications and standards.

▪ Familiar with the crankcase ventilation system design of the supercharged direct injection engine, familiar with the design principle of the integrated oil and gas separator assembly.

▪ Have the ability to design and develop crankcase ventilation system, solve system or component problems in the mass production stage, and have the ability to formulate boundary conditions for the design of the crankcase ventilation system of the whole vehicle and the whole machine.

▪ Master the research and application of environmental adaptability of crankcase ventilation system.
