Antal International Group, a recruitment agency, is looking for our client, a large Chinese Group, two Experts of Heavy duty AMT Application Layer Software Development (for trucks).

Location: one located on Changchung, China
                 and one located on Baoding, China

Salary: Negotiable but very high salary range

Responsibilities:

▪ Product Development:

1. Responsible for TCU hardware, platform software, mechanical hardware docking and index decomposition, and put forward controllable requirements for the assembly.

2. Responsible for developing technical solutions for software development or calibration of AMT product application layer, and output relevant design documents.

3. Responsible for the transformation and decomposition of vehicle function and performance requirements, definition of AMT product control function, software architecture building, key flow chart building, key algorithm building, control strategy and software development, and output technical documents.

4. Review application software, calibration and other related technical solutions or documents.

5. Responsible for taking the lead in solving difficult problems related to control in the market and development process, accumulating experience, preparing and improving DFMEA.

6. Responsible for Test case guidance and MIL/SIL/HIL audit.

▪ Two, product optimization:

1. Responsible for optimizing product performance based on existing software architecture and hardware platform.

2. Responsible for guiding MIL/SIL/HIL, bench test, vehicle test and other process optimization by combining problem closed-loop.

▪ Personnel training and system construction:

1. Responsible for establishing and promoting the professional teams based on project requirements.

2. Responsible for establishing, improving and optimizing the development process and operation specifications based on project implementation.

Qualifications:

▪ At least 20 years working experience in a related position, at least leading the whole process of the development of a large volume product.

▪ Be familiar with the industry benchmark goods and the characteristics of application layer software.

▪ Familiar with engineering transformation of vehicle subjective evaluation indicators.

▪ Familiar with AMT application software development and calibration process.

▪ Familiar with AMT related standards, regulations and development trend.

▪ Familiar with commercial vehicle, engine, transmission, control and other professional knowledge, master the working principle of AMT system and each sub-assembly, master the design of AMT control strategy, control software design and calibration.

▪ Proficient in Matlab, Simulink, CANape and other software tools, proficient in software development tool chain, able to lead the team to complete excellent application software development.
