Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement export strategies to drive sales and market share in international markets.
- Identify and establish relationships with new distributors and partners to expand global reach.
- Manage existing distributor relationships, providing support, training, and ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences in target markets to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to tailor offerings to meet international market needs.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with distributors to maximize profitability and brand visibility.
- Ensure compliance with international regulations, trade agreements, and quality standards for product exports.
- Analyze sales data, market performance, and financial reports to track progress and identify growth opportunities.
- Travel to international markets as needed to meet with partners, attend trade shows, and conduct market research.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related field.
- Proven experience of minimum 8 Years in export management within the FMCG industry, especially in food and beverage products.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations, logistics, and supply chain management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and across different cultures.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, trends, and market insights.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications and CRM systems.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
