Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for customers “order to delivery process”, follow up all related process steps, complete required system transactions and ensure order is delivered on time,
- Coordinate customer communication, receive customer calls & e-mails, inform related departments about the requirements, follow-up production and delivery operations, inform customers on time about order shipment status,
- Organize shipments by coordination of internal units; provide customer requirements to the departments Sales, Production Planning, External Trade, Logistics and Credit Control and ensure information flow is provided between all relevant departments,

Ensure proforma invoice is approved by customer, all necessary documents are provided on time, order is processed in the credit limit frame, logistics & trade departments are informed on time for necessary preperation for the shipment
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree,
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of customer orders operations,
- Good command of written and spoken English & Russian,
- Excellent command of MS Office applications, SAP knowledge is a plus,
- Experienced in customs and trade legislation,
- Ability to work as a team member,
- Strong planning, communication and coordination skills
