Job Title: Exposure Management Analyst

A growing reinsurance company seeks a highly analytical Exposure Management Analyst to manage and analyze global reinsurance portfolio exposure data. The role involves assessing and mitigating risks, monitoring exposure accumulations, and providing strategic insights for risk management and underwriting decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and manage exposure data.
• Ensure accurate and complete exposure data in risk management systems.
• Maintain and update exposure databases.
• Analyze data for risk accumulations and concentrations.
• Conduct scenario analyses and stress tests.
• Provide insights on exposure trends and risk hotspots.
• Monitor exposure accumulations within risk limits.
• Prepare reports on exposure levels and risk metrics.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for data visualization.
• Collaborate with underwriting teams on risk assessments.
• Provide exposure analysis for underwriting decisions.
• Work with risk management teams on model development.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
• Prepare regulatory reports and submissions.
• Assist in developing exposure management policies.
• Communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Participate in meetings and industry events.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
• Identify process improvement opportunities.
• Engage in professional development.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Actuarial Science, Finance, Statistics, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., ACII, CRM) are a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in exposure management, risk analysis, or related roles in reinsurance or insurance.
• Proven analytical skills and experience with risk management software and data analytics tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
