Antal International Group, a recruitment agency, is looking for our client, a large Chinese Automotive Group, an Exterior Designer.

Location: Munich, Germany

Responsibilities:

▪ Work on a broad range of production and advanced design programs as part of a growing, multinational team of highly creative designers.

▪ Express a high level of creativity through free-hand drawings as well as computer sketches and renderings.

▪ Demonstrate a high level of flexibility by working on overall design proposals right down to detail solutions.

▪ Guide a design from sketch phase to virtual and 3D modelling and through to A-class surfacing.

▪ Work closely together with engineering to find out-of-the-box solutions that can be brought to production and support our brand vision.

Qualifications:

▪ Passionate about design and about creating a profound change in the automotive industry.

▪ Willing to continuously learn and step outside one’s comfort zone, thriving on new, complex challenges and wanting to make a difference.

▪ Proactive and self-motivated, able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced studio environment.

▪ Able to deliver under tight time constraints.

▪ Exceptional verbal and visual communication skills.

▪ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial, Product or Transportation Design.

▪ 6+ years of work experience in a global automotive context, preferably OEM.

▪ Experience with production and advanced design programs.

▪ Fluent in English.
