• Facility & utilities Maintenatance 
• Along with the Technical for Machines, labs, and etc 

HVAC & chillers experience is a Must 

You will aslo handle the budget 

Set the Annual Maintenance Plan 

Set the Preventive Maintenance 

Someone who is flexible with Moving a lot since the job will be on move, this role with handle 20 to 30 buldings across Egypt
