Key Measures
- Confirming orders & Delivery plans with partners
- Ensure product are delivered as per launch plans
- Weekly market visit to track launches, monitor sales, competitor analysis
- Prepare weekly and seasonal performance review reports
- Key account staff training & engagement
- Meet sales targets
- ID replenishment opportunities / gaps in market
- Marketing activations as per marketing launch plan
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Confirmation and Launch tracking with accounts
- Confirm orders with the customers
- Work on flows and launch plan for every account with the Sales Manager
- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure products are getting delivered as per plan
- Coordinate with logistics team to prepare PI, Implementation file, and all the documents required to get the stocks to the customer
- Market Visit for Key accounts and competition
- Weekly market visit to assigned key account to track the following:

- Product launch and display as per deliveries to the partners
- Display of product as per agreed terms with partners
- Visual Merchandising guidelines of New Balance
- Marketing activations as per the seasonal plan
- Inventory Status and replenishment requirement
- Analyses of product performance within wholesale channel

- Monitor & report customers and competitors’ activities and propose/ initiate/ take actions
- Analysis and Reporting
- To conduct and share sell through information from accounts
- Week on Week performance analysis and Sell Thru tracking for Key Accounts for review with sales manager
- Weekly Trackers and analysis for Key Launches
- Prepare Sell Thru reports on a weekly basis for review with sales manager
- Prepare monthly performance reports on key accounts for review with sales manager
- Prepare End of season analysis report for each customer to understand the overall performance.
- Develop a training plan for key accounts and drive staff engagement / product knowledge
- Submit accurate monthly / yearly sales forecast as per established timelines
- Achieve seasonal / yearly prebook targets as set out for wholesale department
- Achieve quarterly additional sales / growth target per key account
- Arabic speaker preferred
- Willingness to travel in GCC
- Bachelor’s degree, Minimum of 5-7 years B2B Sales experience in the Sports/Apparels business
- Graduate with fluency in written and spoken English (Arabic advantageous)
- Presently in UAE with GCC experience
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel & Power Point
- Background or experience in retail or footwear
- Experience in dealing with GCC Wholesale, Retail & Ecommerce Partners
- Commercially aware
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated & driven
- Proven sales experience and meeting targets
