They provide high-quality food products to retail businesses, and are looking for a dynamic and experienced Field Sales Representative to join their team. **Job Description:**
I am seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative with a background in the food industry to represent the company. This role will involve visiting and engaging with retail businesses, primarily within the M25 area, to promote and sell a range of food products.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive product sales within the frozen and ambient categories.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and target potential customers within the designated territory.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations to retail businesses.
- Provide product knowledge and information to clients and address their inquiries.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to continuously improve sales techniques and approaches.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience working in the food industry, particularly within the frozen and ambient categories.
- Previous B2B sales experience, with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- A valid driver's license and access to a car is preferred for travel within the M25 area.
- Highly organised with strong time management skills.
