Hiring for an Onsite Field Service Manager for a Global IT services / system integration major.

Role details:
- Title / Designation: Field Service Manager
- Reporting Manager: Tech Manager – Industry 4.O
- Location: Bueno Aires, Sao Paulo, Mexico
- Work location: Client site
Role & responsibilities:
- Assist network support team and other infra teams for day-to-day troubleshooting and infra projects.
- Coordinate with application owners to install the client applications and ensure that the applications launch as expected.
- Assist network support team and other infra teams for day-to-day troubleshooting and infra projects.
- Assist Client SPOC with Reliability Calls for high priority tickets (P1/P2) investigation and resolution.
- Provides assistance to the hardware support team for applications or processes.
- Act as coordinator for resolving incidents related to any application support in manufacturing plant.
- Should be well versed with ITIL process (Service/Asset management)
- Initial troubleshooting for application issues and continue to provide coordination/escalation to resolution/conclusion.
- Resolve connection issues with weighing scales including replacement of defective MOXA and related network components.
- Focused IT primary Point of Contact that can be dispatched to expedite the support, participate, and support Rapid Response Team, triage process and attend/support Daily Performance Meetings
Candidate requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in handling Site IT support, incident management
- Should be conversant with ITIL process (Service/Asset management)
- Must be knowledgeable in network infrastructure.
• Should be knowledgeable on multiple Operating Systems, DB’s.
• Worked in pharma/manufacturing plant is added advantage.
