Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and and dedicated Finance Manager  with expertise in SAP HANA. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our finance team, supporting key financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis activities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic decision-making processes and drive financial performance through insightful analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

1.    Financial Planning and Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, analyze, and communicate financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
2.    SAP HANA Expertise: Utilize advanced SAP HANA skills to extract, manipulate, and analyze financial data efficiently and accurately.
3.    Financial Modeling: Build and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives, scenario planning, and decision-making.
4.    Variance Analysis: Conduct variance analysis to identify key drivers of financial performance and provide actionable insights to management.
5.    Management Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and dashboards to senior leadership, highlighting key performance metrics, trends, and areas of opportunity.
6.    Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, enhance data accuracy, and improve overall efficiency.
7.    Ad Hoc Analysis: Support ad hoc financial analysis requests and special projects as required by management.

Qualifications:

•    A qualified Chartered Accountant is a must
•    8 to 12 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
•    Proficiency in SAP HANA and demonstrated ability to leverage SAP HANA for financial analysis and reporting.
•    Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
•    Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
•    Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
•    Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
