What's the purpose of the job :

To be a finance leader and able to handle team of 3 to 4 people and manage day to day accounting and compliances. Extensive dealing with Statutory Audit and completing LR and Annual Accounts (IND AS Compliant). Dealing with Internal Auditor and Internal Finance control (IFC) Auditor. Dealing with Banker for working capital, Forex management and Rating agencies.

Description of the Job:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  
 Accounts Responsibilities :- Day to Day Supervision of accounts and finance function and interacting with Factory accounts and Divisional Sales office accounts
• Completing monthly P& L and Balance Sheet.
• Monitoring of Accounts Payable and effective control on Bill Passing system
• Completing Quarterly Limited Review and Annual Audit well within due dates.
   Extensive Interaction and compliances with Statutory, Internal , IFC Auditor.

 Finance Responsibilities :-
• Dealing with Bankers for working capital Management
• Dealing with Bankers for FOREX management and ensuring compliances.
• Interaction with Rating agencies

Key Responsibilities Areas:

Finance Function in Co-ordination with CFO      
Management of Accounts  Submission of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Accounts
Working Capital Management
Forex Management
Compliance on reporting deadlines.
Compliances of Statutory Audit , Internal Audit and IFC Audit.
