- Reporting Manager: Associate Director of Finance
- Location: Munich, Germany

Role & responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, expense management, financial reporting, and forecasting.
- Analyze financial metrics and business drivers to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify risks and opportunities, and develop margin improvement plans.
- Review financial data, address exceptions, and ensure timely resolution.
- Lead the revenue close process, deal tracking, and prepare financial reports and presentations for business reviews.
- Contribute to budget development, handle revenue and expense simulations, and track sales performance.
- Drive process standardization and automation projects to enhance efficiency.
Candidate requirements:
- 6+ years of overall experience in financial operations
- Experience in manufacturing background is mandatory
- Experience in managing the day to day finances in a factory
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Strong analytical and written communication skills - ability to synthesize information and create clear and coherent presentations.
- Ability to understand the task and work independently to accomplish the goal.
- Basic German proficiency is mandatory
- Should be a qualified CA/MBA from a Tier-1 institute.
