Parkside Recruitment is currently partnering with a rapidly growing global business for the appointment of a part time finance assistant.
You will ideally have 3 years experience in a similar position.
Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping including preparing/posting debit notes, processing vendor invoices/credit notes, preparing inter-company reconciliations,
- Monitoring aged A/R and A/P balances, ensuring receipts/payments made on a timely basis and carry out balance sheet reconciliation of debtors and creditors,
- Prepare monthly balance reconciliation for all key accounts,
- Prepare month end reporting schedules, report to H/Q and deal with follow up queries in a timely manner,
- Provide support with year-end audit and tax compliance process,
- Respond to internal and external stakeholder queries on related company matters,
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience within a large corporate environment,
- AAT and/or ACCA Part - qualified (or similar) would be a advantage,
- Good working knowledge of SAGE200 and exposure to SAP would be an advantage,
- Good working knowledge of Excel (VLookups, Pivot Tables),
