The mission of the role is to drive and optimize the performance of the business on the ground (about 250M annual turnover) as co-pilot of the Business VP

Main activities:

• identify risks and opportunities , working closely with commercial and marketing teams
• be in charge for specific business cases regarding new offers or actions on customers in order to improve topline and margin
• analyze pricing evolution and deploy corrective actions where needed
• discuss and challenge the Business VP on OPEX related to the organization
• monitor promotions impact on Top Line & Gross Margin
• use rolling forecast and the target setting process to drive the financial performance and improve growth and profitability
• help the Corporate to have a clear understanding of the business situation in Italy

Requirements:

• 6-8 years experience in an International Company, within Finance FP&A, plant controlling or business controlling departments
• Master of Science in Finance / Controlling / Engineering / Business Administration
