FINANCE COLNTROLLER with German - based in Cluj Napoca

Your daily responsibilities include:

• Preparation of standard reports, data analysis and project work
•  Implementation of profit and loss analysis, costs, investment calculations, comparison Bids

• Participation in monthly closures and support in creating budgets and forecasts
• Creating the first deviation analysis plan
• Further development of our reporting system and key figure, development international controlling instruments and deriving recommendations for action

• Support for ensuring compliance with group standards, as well as participation in internal audit activities
• Process analysis and definition of possible optimization measures
• Implementation of cost-saving and efficiency improvement projects throughout the value chain
• Collaborate when reporting with accounting, treasury and other teams, as needed
• You may be involved in other activities (synergy assessment, business development projects, etc.), as decided by the group's finance team.

Skills we can't miss

• You have a degree in accounting, business management, finance, economics
• You have deep experience in a position of control, audit or as a specialist in corporate finance (2-5 years)
• You are results-oriented and focus on quality delivery
• Good knowledge of SAP and BI tool
• Ability to communicate and interact in the matrix / multi-country environment
• Your English and German are at a very good level
