1. Department Related General Activity :
- Accounts & Records to be maintained Under GST
- Verification and approval of Sales Tax & TDS Return.
- Updating Import Register in Excel
- Liasoning with Regional Offices
- Banking related activities
2. Monthly and Closing Activity:
- Making provision for change in vacation accruals
- Making provision for Bonus
- Making provision for Audit Fees
- Making provision for Superannuation
- Checking the provision made by other person
- Running programs for foreign exchange and Depreciation .
3. Year End Closing Activity
- Preparation of inter and intra departmental quarterly and yearly closing notes.
- Coordinating with other departments & regional offices for timely submission of data.
- Coordinating with the Auditors for the purpose of year end balance sheet.
- Checking, finalization and bifurcation of superannuation calculation received from HR Department.
- Reconciliation of Sales Domestic and export with the Sales Register.
- Preparation of Provision of Tax Details.
- Preparation of Tax Computation (Starting from Next Closing)
- Preparation of Deferred Tax Provision (Starting from next closing)
- Updating the Register required (Company Act 2013)
4. Computer Knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (including MS – Excel , MS – Word, MS Power Point)
- Knowledge on SAP or similar ERP software is must.
