We seek an expert in the finance field who will take on the role of Finance Manager for our client, a company located in Cluj-Napoca.

Job Description:

As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities of the company.  

Your responsibilities include:

• Manage the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring everything aligns with our financial goals.
• You'll dive into financial analysis and reporting, providing insights that help guide senior management's decisions.
• You’ll also prepare financial statements and reports that give a clear picture of our financial health.
• Overseeing accounts payable and receivable is key—keeping everything running smoothly and ensuring timely payments.
• Compliance is part of the role, so you’ll make sure we’re adhering to all financial regulations and standards, and handle audits when necessary.
• On top of that, you’ll develop strategies to optimize financial performance and drive growth.
• Collaboration is crucial, so you’ll work closely with other departments and maintain strong ties with the accounting team.
• You'll also handle the financial review of contracts and commitments, ensuring everything is in order and aligned with our objectives.
• You'll be responsible for comprehensive financial management and administration across the company.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
• Proven relevant experience as a Finance Manager.
• Strong understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and very good knowledge of MS Office and other relevant systems.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.
