The candidate must hold a professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or equivalent, with 10 years in a Finance & Accounting leadership role within the agricultural or poultry industry. They should have strong knowledge of accounting standards, analytical and strategic abilities, and the capacity to influence key stakeholders. Exceptional leadership and people management skills with solid business acumen are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, annual statements; analyze trends, variances, and cost opportunities; provide actionable insights to management.

• Financial Planning & Strategy: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning; develop strategies aligned with business goals; evaluate investments and risk.

• Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Mentor finance team; collaborate with cross-functional teams; influence stakeholders.

• Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to accounting standards, corporate policies, tax laws, Zakat, VAT, and robust internal controls.
