Job Purpose

• Manage, supervise & control the entire activities relating to Accounting & Finance

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDES

Accounting

• Oversee the day-to-day accounting.
• Formalizing accounting policies & procedures.
• Timely closing of accounts on monthly & yearly basis.
• Timely closing of Internal & Statutory audit.
• Providing guidance & training to subordinates for upskilling.

Financial Management

• Cash flow planning & management, in line with budgets.
• Coordinating, negotiating with Bankers/ Financial institutions
• Timely Reporting & compliances as per terms sheet.
• Arranging short term and /or long term, fund based / non fund-based credit limits.
• Introduction of Cost Control Measures
• Insurance management & credit risk management

Finance Controlling

• Monitoring Budgeted costs & revenues with Actual.
• Continuously reviewing internal control system & make suggestions for improvement.

Reporting

• Timely & accurate MIS reporting, including reports relating to Accounts receivables, Accounts payables, Inventory control reports, cash flow, Profit & loss A/c, Variance from Budget.
• Suggestions for ERP improvements, enhanced reporting

Key Job Deliverable/ Accountabilities

• Coordinating with Accounting Team, providing timely information, resolving queries.
• Evaluating credit limits, verifying & assessing sales orders.
• Communicating & coordinating with Bankers & Insurance companies. Timely renewal of all financial documents including but not limited to Bank facilities,
• Tax compliance, Insurance policies.

Essential Attributes / Competencies

• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles & concepts. Hands[1]on experience in MS Excel, PPT & reporting.
• Prior experience of Banking & credit insurance.
• Good reporting & communication skills
• Knowledge of Payroll processing, VAT & withholding tax

QUALIFICATION

• Educational Qualification: Graduate /PG from Accounting & Finance, minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience, out of which at least 5 years of relevant experience
• For Candidates available in Qatar- NOC certficate will be required
• Candidates within Qatar will be preferred, However candidates within GCC can apply too.
