Lead financial accounting & controllership in compliance with Ind AS, IFRS & group policies
Drive statutory & group audit closure, ensuring strong internal controls and compliance with factory & labour laws
Oversee manufacturing finance including inventory management, product costing & plant‑related controls
Partner with CFO & business teams on budgeting, MIS reviews, variance analysis & scenario planning
Strengthen systems & processes through SAP automation, cost optimization & capital productivity initiatives
Engage with global stakeholders and local functional heads to support operations, supply chain & commercial growth
