One of the top pharmaceutical companies globally is looking for a Finance Manager, an agile caliber with exceptional communication skills & strong business acumen who can support the Management & Administration Department with handling all the FA matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• You'll be responsible for ensuring that all major company, month-end, and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time.
• Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.
• Develop comparison report budget vs actual and oversees any necessary adjustments to future projections and budgets.
• One of your responsibilities will be ensuring compliance with all statutory accounting; external & internal audit and tax compliance.
• You'll be a key player in accounting system transformation.
• Tracking cash flow and financial planning as well as analyzing the company’s financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective actions.
• Working with other department heads to monitor each department and make recommendations to increasing budget efficiency.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of total experience.
• Accounting Diploma is a MUST.
• Previous experience in audit firms is a MUST in addition to corporate experience (preferably within the healthcare/ pharma) industry.
• Fluent English is a MUST.
• Team management experience for 2-3 years at least.
• Exceptional communication skills & ability to work cross-functionally & handle multiple stakeholders.
• The caliber must be based in Tunisia or Algeria only.
