Job Responsibilities :

1) Accounting & Internal Controls:

- Overall Month-end and Quarter-end Accounting for a unit/plant of the company

- Monthly General Ledger reconciliations

- Working with cross-functional teams to maintain / improve Internal Controls

- Responsibility for any export incentives/import duty benefits related compliances

- Support on indirect taxation compliances (Excise, VAT, Service tax, others)

2) Business Partnering:

- Lead detailed variance analysis for the unit/plant every month

- Support operational cost reduction and strategic sourcing savings validation

- Lead monthly Outlook (Forecast) and Annual Plan (AP) exercise for the unit/plant

- Support operational teams for any ad-hoc finance analysis

3) Systems & Processes:

- Drive simplification in current processes while maintaining Internal controls

(Example SAP ERP processes related to Purchasing/AP, Inventory/Production,

Revenue/AR processes)

4) Talent Management:

- Provide leadership, coaching & mentoring to the unit/plant finance team

- Identification and development of talent within the team
