• Prepare and maintain accurate Balance Sheets and P&L Accounts.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and manage both internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with auditing standards.
• Oversee accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) controls to maintain financial discipline.
• Maintain proper books of accounts with adherence to accounting principles and best practices.
• Manage all statutory financial compliances, including corporate tax, TDS, and indirect tax obligations.
• GST compliance, annual GST audit handling with Govt officials, all other financial compliances.
• Develop and implement effective financial strategies to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Cost Accounting & Cost Control.
• Manage cash flow effectively, optimize working capital, including monitoring receivables and payables for better financial stability.

Required candidate profile:-

• Experience : 7-10 years of experience in daily accounting, P & L, and balance sheet finalisation, GST, taxation, audits, compliances.
• Education : B.Com / MCOM– Specialization in Finance, Accounting, or Taxation
• Preferred:  M. Com (Finance / Accounting), PGDM (Finance)
• Hands on experience of working on Tally software.
• Knowledge of other financial softwares used.
