JD:

• Liasoning with banks\financial institutions\Credit rating agencies, Credit Monitoring Arrangement (CMA) and
• The overall in charge of the finance team, taking over charge of the accounts team.
• Cost analysis & cost management. 
• Developing financial strategies, creating budgets, forecasting future performance, and setting financial goals.
• Preparing statements, business activity reports, analysing trends, and interpreting data to guide decisions. 
• Overseeing budget creation, monitoring departmental spending, and finding cost-reduction opportunities. 
• Identifying, assessing, and minimizing financial risks and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. 
• Optimizing cash flow, managing investments, and exploring funding opportunities.
• Supervising, training, and guiding accounting and finance staff. 
• Liaisoning with executives, auditors, banks, investors, and other departments. 
• Maintaining financial reporting systems.
