•  Other soft skills required - Should be a self-starter, go-getter, able to lead the team, problem solving skills, interpersonal skills, good command over English, should have led the team in earlier assignments, should have handled audits independently Or at least major part of it Subject knowledge required - Should have good command over working of day-to-day Finance and Accounts operations, Forex Treasury, relevant Accounting Standards, Financial Statements preparation, Statutory and other Audits, in-depth knowledge of Direct as well as Indirect Taxes, should be able to handle and guide team for various tax assessments, MIS reports Job Profile - Ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day finance operations of the organisation which includes- Accounts payable, Accounts receivables, General ledger transactions, Fixed assets , Inventory etc Ensure 100% statutory compliance for various taxes, MCA and others MIS preparations - monthly MIS in standard format and other MIS as required by the management. • Preparation of statutory accounts and tax returns related to filing data. Liaison with auditors for various audits. Guide team and handle multiple tax assessments Special emphasis on collections management of receivables and fund management. • Also, should be able to handle forex transactions Support for annual budget exercise, and ensure timely delivery with comments.
