Finance Manager – Agricultural
The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the financial planning and analysis, accounting, and reporting functions of the company. The successful candidate will provide financial insights and guidance to support business decision-making, ensure financial compliance, and optimize financial performance
Responsibilities:
- Lead the annual budgeting process and provide ongoing financial analysis to support business decision-making. Provide regular forecasts and identify risks and opportunities to financial performance.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Ensure financial compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
- Manage the accounting function, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and payroll. Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
- Develop and implement cash management policies and procedures to optimize cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity to meet the company's operational and investment needs.
- Identify, assess, and manage financial risks, including foreign exchange, interest rate, and commodity price risks. Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate financial risks.
- Manage the company's banking relationships and ensure effective treasury management practices, including cash management, debt financing, and investment management.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and provide insights into financial performance and opportunities for improvement.

Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification is preferred.
- At least 7-10 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis techniques.
- Experience with financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Experience with financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex financial issues.
