Our client is a very famous engineering consultant company and currently we are looking for an International Finance Manager for the financial team.  Working location is Madrid.

Job Description:

1. Collecting international financial information (e.g. trial balance and dossiers) in order to compile consolidated financial statements. Setting up timeline and policy of collection of financial information of international subsidiaries and branches.
2. Planning international bank transfer between international subsidiaries/branches and Spanish parent company. Working with third party advisor about creating/fine-tuning concepts in order to regularize international bank transfers.
3. Taxation management. Optimizing Group tax planning in order to create/fine-tune an optimal tax scheme for the Group as a whole. Making sure international business be in compliance with local regulations and rules.
4. Involved in project finance and financial restructuring.
5. Working with third party advisor about restructuring financial organization of foreign subsidiaries and branches.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, accounting or other relevant major.
2. At least five years of experience in finance work and in engineering industry.
3. Spanish as native language and English in fluent proficiency.
4. Chinese Mandarin would be a definitely  plus.
