Finance Manager – FP&A

Role Overview:

We're seeking an experienced Finance Manager – FP&A to join our high-growth SaaS team in Jaipur. This is a strategic finance role involving ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities, along with key support for business decisions, board-level reporting, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting processes

• Prepare board decks, financial presentations, and KPI dashboards

• Analyze and track core SaaS financial metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, churn, net retention, etc.)

• Act as a business partner to key functional heads to drive strategic initiatives

• Provide financial insight and modeling to support M&A and investment opportunities

• Implement cost control initiatives and contribute to profitability improvements

• Support the CFO and Director in strategic decision-making

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Experience & Background:

• 7–10 years in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or consulting

• Blend of corporate FP&A and transactional/strategic roles

• At least 2 years in a leadership or standalone finance role

• Experience working directly with executive management

Domain Expertise:

• Strong exposure to SaaS/tech business models

• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and business levers

• Hands-on experience with FP&A tools like Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, Power BI, or Tableau

• Skilled in financial modeling and executive-level communication

Education:

• CA / CPA / CFA / MBA (Tier 1 or 2 B-Schools preferred)

• A strong foundation in finance and accounting is essential
